O'Gara Contracts successfully carried out all of the joinery works in the Davey Village Building, Ballycastle.
The Davey Village, named after the founder of Corrymeela Ray Davey and his inspirational wife Kathleen, was opened in June 2011. It is a fully self-contained building sleeping up to 42 people with kitchen and dining facilities, lounges and en suite bedrooms.
Works included the formation of the complex curved roof structure and the supply & fitting of the 2nd fix joinery components i.e. doors, skirting, ceilings etc. We also supplied & installed the feature cedar paneling to the front elevation of the building.
